BUILDINGAs experienced builders we offer a complete range of building, alteration and repair services. We are always keen to undertake new and challenging projects and have a history of delivering high specification architectural designs with confidence.

RENOVATIONSWhether your project is a historical villa, period home or a more modern building we can offer a comprehensive renovation and restoration service. We can cater to all your needs and are pleased to take on small adjustments as well as entire property face-lifts.

NEW BUILDSWe launched our new build program in 2012 which featured two unique, high specification properties in Rangiora. Having received awards for both properties we have strived for further success and are now focusing on high end homes. Our current portfolio includes difficult hillside homes which our teams thrive off.

RECONSTRUCTIONWe are proud to be partnered with IAG Insurance, looking after their more sensitive insurance rebuilds as well as having been a partner with Fletcher EQR since January 2011. We have completed over 1,000 residential repairs. The projects vary enormously in size and scope and while some are allocated to us, we have also been nominated by many households as their preferred builder of choice.

PROJECT MANAGEMENTAs a company we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with customers and sub-contractors alike. We believe that the more quality services we can bring to the project, the better those relationships will be. For this reason we have a Project Manager and Project Administrator assigned to your Project to provide assistance with your build from the start to completion. We can ensure your home is completed to an immaculate standard in all aspects of the Project.

I am proud to be the owner and director of Property Solutions. Since setting up the company in 2006 I have seen it grow from strength to strength as we invest time and resources in improving and developing our services, standards and staff.
